This Refund Policy explains how refunds and credit adjustments work for ZenCreator (“ZenCreator”, “we”, “us”) and applies to purchases made on our website or in our app (the “Service”). By purchasing and using the Service, you agree to this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

1) Digital service provided “as is”

ZenCreator is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific processing times, or the availability of any particular model, feature, or output quality at any moment.

2) What we sell

We offer digital services, including:

  • Credit packages (internal currency) used to run generation tasks and access tools/features within the Service; and/or
  • Subscriptions (if offered), which may renew automatically as described at checkout.

Credits and features are delivered digitally and may be available for use immediately after purchase.

3) General rule: all sales are final

Because we provide digital goods and immediate access to paid functionality, all purchases are final once completed, except where required by applicable law.

4) Credits, generation tasks, and cancellations

  • Started tasks cannot be cancelled. Once a generation task is started, it enters processing and cannot be stopped, reversed, or “undone.”
  • Credits are consumed when a generation starts. Credits spent on a started task are considered used.
  • No refunds for completed generations. We do not refund credits for generations that have been completed or delivered, even if you dislike the result.

5) Failed generations and automatic credit return

If a generation fails due to a verified issue on our side, credits spent for that task are typically returned to your account in full automatically once the failure is detected.

In rare edge cases (e.g., unclear failure reason, suspected misuse, or technical ambiguity), we may require additional verification and apply the appropriate remedy in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

6) When refunds may be considered (billing errors only)

We may consider a refund only in limited billing-related situations, such as:

  • Duplicate charges or an incorrect amount charged; or
  • Successful payment where purchased credits/features were not delivered to your account, and we are unable to resolve the issue by delivering them.

If the issue is resolved by delivering the purchased credits/features, a refund may not be available.

7) When refunds are not available

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Used credits, including credits consumed when a generation starts;
  • Partially used credit packages;
  • Completed or delivered generations/outputs;
  • Dissatisfaction with results based on prompts, settings, input materials, or aesthetic preference;
  • Issues caused by your device, connectivity, third-party software, or third-party services/platforms;
  • Purchases made by someone with access to your account or payment method.

8) Subscriptions (if offered)

If we offer subscription plans, their renewal, billing, and cancellation terms are displayed at checkout and available in your account billing settings. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscription charges are non-refundable except as required by law.

9) Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may temporarily limit or suspend access to the Service during the investigation, as permitted by law. Please contact support first so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

  • Your account email
  • Payment date and amount
  • Transaction/order ID (if available)
