You can delete your ZenCreator account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Sign in and use Settings → Delete Account, or email info@zencreator.pro from the email address linked to your account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Your profile data (email, username, authentication data) is erased or irreversibly anonymized, and your uploaded and generated media files are permanently deleted from our storage. Deletion is initiated immediately and completed within 30 days. Deleted data cannot be recovered — please download anything you wish to keep before deleting your account.

What We Retain

We retain limited records that we are legally required or permitted to keep, including payment and transaction records (tax and accounting obligations), records of your deletion request (to demonstrate compliance), and safety, moderation, and abuse-prevention records where retention is required to comply with law or to protect minors and other users. Retained records are kept only as long as legally necessary and are not used for any other purpose.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, or export your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for EU/EEA residents) or exercise rights under the CCPA (for California residents). See our Privacy Policy or contact info@zencreator.pro.
