4. Real-Person Rights and Consent

If you upload or use material involving a real person's image, likeness, voice, identity, or personal attributes, you must have all rights, permissions, and consents required for your intended use and applicable law.

You may not use the Services to impersonate, deceive, harass, defame, or exploit any real person.

5. Other Prohibited Content

You may not use the Services for:

• Illegal content or unlawful activity;
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement of violence;
• Fraud, scams, identity misuse, or deceptive practices;
• Infringement of privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• Malware, phishing, or attempts to bypass safety or technical restrictions.

6. Enforcement

We may use automated systems and internal review to detect and address violations. We may block content, suspend or terminate accounts, request additional information, refuse transactions, and respond to complaints or lawful requests.
