Report Abuse & Takedown Requests

ZenCreator takes abuse reports seriously. If you believe content created or shared through our platform violates our Content Policy, applicable law, or your rights, please follow the instructions below.

How to Submit a Report

Send your report to [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Your name and contact information (email address at minimum)
  2. Description of the content you are reporting, including any URLs, usernames, or screenshots
  3. Reason for the report — explain why the content violates our Content Policy or your rights
  4. For IP/copyright claims: identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you believe is being infringed, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
  5. A statement of good faith that the information in the report is accurate

What Happens Next

  • We will acknowledge your report within 2 business days; we aim to resolve standard reports within 7 business days
  • We will review the reported content and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account restriction, or account termination
  • For CSAM or any content sexualizing minors, we act immediately: the content is blocked, evidence and account records are preserved, and the material is reported to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other competent authorities. Reports in this category are triaged with the highest priority (target: within 24 hours of receipt)
  • We may contact you for additional information if needed

Types of Reports We Handle

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Use of your likeness without permission
  • Copyright or trademark infringement
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
  • Fraud, impersonation, or identity theft
  • Any other violation of our Content Policy

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

If you are depicted in intimate content on our Services without your consent (including AI-generated or “deepfake” content), report it using the instructions above. Such reports are prioritized; we may remove content and restrict the relevant account before the review is complete.

Anonymous Reports

You may submit a report without identifying yourself. Contact details help us follow up with you, but they are not required for us to act on a report.

Appeals

If your content or account was actioned and you believe this was an error, contact [email protected] with your account email and a description of the action. Appeals are reviewed by a human reviewer. Decisions concerning zero-tolerance categories (including CSAM and non-consensual intimate content) are final.
