Carousel, Lipsync, Flows & Personas

Advanced Tools: Carousel, Lipsync, Flows, and Personas

This lesson covers specialized tools for content scaling, automation, and character management.

Carousel: Multiple Consistent Poses from One Photo

The Carousel tool transforms one image into many while maintaining consistency:

  • Same character
  • Same clothing
  • Same location
  • Repeating environmental details

How Carousel Works

  1. Upload images (you can upload many)
  2. Select aspect ratio
  3. Optionally resize directly within the tool
  4. Specify how many variations to generate

This tool works without censorship, preserving details like tattoos and other character features.

Lipsync: Speaking Characters with Action Scenarios

One of the key tools — Lipsync — allows characters to speak.

Important: ZenCreator currently does not provide built-in options to:

  • Select voice
  • Clone a specific person's voice

For this, external solutions exist that create better voiceovers.

Why ZenCreator Lipsync Stands Out

The tool has two major strengths:

  1. Works without censorship - If a photo/scene doesn't pass censorship in other services, ZenCreator becomes a convenient place to create speaking frames without blocks.

  2. Can describe actions during speech - This is an important feature: you can script what happens parallel to speech, including sequences.

Flows: Automating FaceSwap + Upscale Chains

Ready-made flow scenarios combine multiple steps into one run.

Flow 1: FaceSwap + Upscale

  • Provide face photo
  • Provide body/figure reference or source scene
  • Choose Upscale mode
  • Get result where quality is improved first (upscale), then face swap is performed

Flow 2: Reference → Upscale → FaceSwap

More complex flow:

  • Creates image by reference (generation "inspired by reference")
  • Applies upscale
  • Replaces face with your model's face

Personas: Character Management and Publishing

On the Personas page, you can create "personas" — entities to which are linked:

  • Face (currently available first)
  • Name
  • Group (for sorting multiple personas)
  • Bio (later used for caption and content plan generation)
  • Connected social networks (to publish content on behalf of this persona)

Why Personas

This provides organizational convenience:

  • You don't store faces locally or search for them manually
  • You select a persona, and the needed face loads automatically in tools like FaceSwap

Each persona also has:

  • Posts tab (where publications appear)
  • Gallery (where content made with this persona's face is collected)

This helps separate content for different characters from the general My Generations feed.
