How to Create an AI Model from Scratch: Step-by-Step Foundation for SFW and NSFW Photoshoots

In this lesson, we move to one of the most important stages — creating a model from scratch. Up to this point, we've been working with already existing characters. Now we'll figure out how to get the first key images from which all further work begins.

This lesson is the foundation. If done correctly, all tools will work stably, quickly, and predictably going forward.

Model Creation Logic: Face and Body — Separately

An AI model always consists of two independent entities:

1. Face — how the character looks
2. Body — how the body looks

We deliberately separate the process because different tools handle different tasks better.

Step 1. Creating the Character's Face

Face Generator as a Quick Start

In Face Generator, we:

• Choose gender (male or female)
• Set age
• Type of appearance
• Hair color and other basic parameters

The result immediately comes in 4K quality.

When Face Generator Isn't Enough

For more precise control, use Text-to-Image — describe the face in maximum detail: age, skin type, makeup, gaze direction, mood.

Which Portrait to Choose

Recommendations:

• Face looks straight at the camera or turned at most 20–30 degrees
• No strong head tilts
• No glasses
• No covered parts of the face

Realism Enhancement (Upscaling)

Apply Upscaler with Natural Clarity mode, Creativity value ≈ 0.5. The face doesn't change, but details are added: skin, pores, eyebrows, eyelashes.
