Creating AI Model from Scratch: Part 2 - Body Creation and Face/Body Combination

This lesson continues the model creation process, focusing on body generation and combining it with the face.

Step 2. Creating the Character's Body

Why SDXL Is Used

For generating a nude body, we use Text-to-Image + SDXL model.

SDXL draws anatomy better and correctly displays the body without references.

How to Write a Prompt for the Body

Describe:

• Body type (fit, slim, curvy, etc.)
• Breast size (in words, not numbers)
• Overall proportions
• Age
• Angle

Using LoRA

You can use LoRA to change proportions. Recommendation: don't use strength above 2.

Selecting and Upscaling the Body

Choose one image where all body features are visible and send it to Premium Upscaler.

Step 3. Combining Face and Body

Head & Face Swap is used.

Which Mode to Choose

Use Full Head mode (not Only Face). Resolution is recommended at 2K — it's more stable.

Combination Result

The output:

• Body hasn't changed
• Face is correctly integrated into the body
• First complete photo of nude model

This becomes the foundation for all further content generation.
