AI Art Generator:Create AI Art From Text or a Photo
Describe a subject and a style, like pencil sketch or watercolor, and pick from a batch of drawings, paintings, or illustrations. Have a photo? Restyle it into art.

One lighthouse, four styles. Only the style words changed.
What Is AI Art?
AI art is imagery made by an AI model from a text description or a source image, in a style you describe in words. Think of an AI that draws what you type: you name the subject, the medium, and the mood, and the model renders it.ZenCreator's AI art generator gives you two ways in: write a prompt in Text to Image, or restyle a photo you already have in Image Editor. Results vary with the prompt and the model, so you can generate several options per run and keep your favorite.
Text to Art or Photo to Art: Choose Your Start
Both routes end in artwork you can download or keep refining. Pick text to art when the idea lives only in your head, and photo to AI art when the picture already exists.

AI art generator from text
You provide: a text prompt, from one short line to a detailed description. You write: subject, style, and mood, for example "a lighthouse on a cliff at dusk, loose watercolor, soft blue palette".You get: a batch of up to 10 images in the aspect ratio you choose.Best for: scenes, characters, and concepts you can describe but have no picture of. Turn words into art without a reference. One prompt, three takes. A fantasy castle in ink-and-wash style, all from a single run.Start from text

AI art generator from photo
You provide: a photo you have the right to use.You write: the change as an instruction, plus what to keep, for example "redraw this photo as a thick impasto oil painting with visible brushstrokes, keep the composition".You get: your picture restyled in the look you describe, such as oil paint or pencil. Batch Mode can restyle a whole set of photos the same way.Best for: pets, places, and objects you've photographed, and portraits you're allowed to use.Street café, repainted. The source photo and the Image Editor result from the prompt "redraw this photo as a thick impasto oil painting with visible brushstrokes, keep the composition".Start from a photo
Not sure which to pick? Start from text: it needs nothing but an idea, and any result you like can move on to other tools later.
AI Drawing, Painting, and Illustration Styles
You set the style by naming it in your prompt. Every example below was generated that way, with its prompt shown under the image.

AI drawing generator for sketches and line art
Ask for pencil, ink, or charcoal, and describe the line quality you want, from loose gesture strokes to fine cross-hatching. It works as an AI drawing tool when you want a sketch but don't draw yourself.Prompt: "a red fox in a birch forest, pencil line drawing, fine cross-hatching, white paper, orange-red fur, colored pencil lines on white paper, no snow"

AI painting generator for oil and watercolor looks
AI painting starts with the medium: write "oil painting", "watercolor", or "gouache", then add brushwork and palette. Ask for loose washes for a soft look or thick strokes for texture. Watercolor suits soft landscapes; oil suits rich still lifes and portraits.Prompt: "a mountain lake at sunrise, watercolor, loose washes, muted greens and golds"

AI illustration generator for posts, pages, and stories
Flat, editorial, or storybook: name the illustration style and the scene, then pick the aspect ratio your post, slide, or page needs. AI illustration comes out cleaner when you describe shapes and colors plainly.Prompt: "a commuter reading a book on a train, flat editorial illustration, limited palette, soft grain"

AI clipart generator for simple graphics
Need an object for a slide, a flyer, or a menu? Ask for simple, flat graphics on a plain background and use it as a quick clipart maker for everyday visuals. Describe one object at a time for the cleanest shapes.Prompt: "a coffee cup, simple flat clipart style, bold outlines, plain white background"

AI artwork in a digital art style
For posters, wallpapers, and covers, describe light and color as carefully as the subject. Name the mood (neon, misty, golden hour) to steer AI digital art toward the atmosphere you want. Choose a wide ratio for wallpapers or a tall one for phone screens.Prompt: "a futuristic city at night, colorful digital art, neon reflections on wet streets"
How to Make AI Art in 5 Steps
1. Open Text to Image and pick a model
Each model has different strengths in style and realism. If you're unsure, the default model is a safe place to start.
2. Describe the subject and the art style
Write what you want to see and how it should look: medium, palette, mood. Short on words? Magic Prompt expands a short idea into a detailed prompt with any model, and Revert brings back what you typed.
3. Add a negative prompt (optional)
List what the model should avoid, such as blur, text, or artifacts. Availability depends on the model you choose.
4. Choose the shape and the number of images
Pick an aspect ratio such as 1:1, 3:4, or 9:16, and generate up to 10 images per run. Maximum resolution depends on the model, up to 4K.
5. Generate, then download or keep going
The total cost is shown below the button before you start. Download the images you select or the whole run, or send your favorite to another tool.

Why Create AI Art with ZenCreator
An art generator is only as useful as the choices it gives you after the first result. Here's what ZenCreator adds around each prompt.
A batch to choose from
Generate up to 10 images per run in Text to Image. Start with 2–4 to find the look, then run more once you like the direction.
Prompt help built in
Magic Prompt turns a short idea into a detailed prompt, and Revert takes you back if you prefer your own wording. Useful when all you have is "a cat in a garden, watercolor".
Keep going in one workspace
Send the artwork you pick to Image Upscaler to sharpen and enlarge it, to Image to Video to animate it, or to Variations for more looks from the winner.
Nothing to install
ZenCreator is an AI art generator online, in your browser, on a computer, tablet, or phone. There's no AI art software to install or update, and everything you generate stays in My Generations, whichever tool made it.
What People Make with an AI Art Creator
Four common jobs, and how the prompt changes for each.

AI concept art generator for games and stories
Sketch characters, creatures, environments, and moods before anyone commits to a final design. Generate several takes on one scene and compare them in your results. Pick a wide ratio for environments and a tall one for character sheets.

Illustrations for posts, blogs, and slides
Create an illustration that fits your article or deck instead of settling for generic stock. Choose a wide aspect ratio for headers and slides, or a tall one for stories and pins. A flat, limited palette keeps a set of blog images consistent.

Art for social feeds and creator content
Keep a series looking related by reusing the same style words across posts. Save the prompt that worked and change only the subject for the next post. For photos you already have, Image Editor can apply one style across a whole set.

Sketch ideas for artists
Explore compositions, lighting, and palettes before you pick up a pencil. Try the same still life as charcoal, ink, and watercolor to see which mood fits. Used this way, AI tools for artists work like a thumbnail sketchbook, not a replacement for your own hand.
Pick the Right ZenCreator Tool for the Result
ZenCreator's AI art tools share one workspace, and each one starts from something different, so pick by what you have in hand.

What to Look for in an AI Art Generator
Whichever tool you try, these five checks tell you whether it fits the way you work.
Text and photo input. Some ideas start as words, others as a picture you already have. In ZenCreator, Text to Image works from prompts and Image Editor restyles photos, so you don't need two separate services.
A choice of models. Models differ in how they handle style and realism, so one model rarely fits every look. Each ZenCreator tool offers a few models, with a default that's a safe starting point.
Several results per run. AI output varies, so picking from a set is easier than rerolling one image at a time. Text to Image generates up to 10 images per run, so you can compare looks before refining one.
A cost you can see first. Knowing what a run costs before it starts keeps experimenting under control. ZenCreator shows the total cost below the button before you generate.
Clear terms for using the output. Commercial projects need to know what the license allows. ZenCreator permits commercial use under its Terms, on a non-exclusive basis.
Using Your Art and Uploads Responsibly
Commercial use under the Terms
Commercial use is permitted under the ZenCreator Terms and Conditions, subject to your compliance, applicable rights, and the terms governing the service and source materials. The license is non-exclusive: similar images may be generated for other users, and no one receives exclusive rights to a concept or style.
Photos you upload
Only upload images you have the right and permission to use. If an image includes another person, make sure you have the consent required by the Content Policy for your intended edit and use.
Automatic screening
Prompts and uploaded images are automatically screened before generation, and requests that break the policy are blocked before anything is generated. Describe styles in your own words: the same policy prohibits infringing copyright or trademarks.
AI Art Generator FAQ
Is there an AI art generator app?
ZenCreator doesn't have a separate full-fledged app. It runs in the browser, with versions built for phones and tablets, so there's nothing to install on your computer. There's also a ZenCreator mini-app inside Telegram.
How much does it cost to make AI art?
ZenCreator runs on credits, and the total cost of a run appears below the button before you start. Credits work across all tools and models, they don't expire, and they come in packs rather than subscriptions. What a run costs depends on the tool, the model, and the number of images. See Pricing for the current packs.
Can I use the art I generate commercially?
Yes, within the Terms and Conditions: commercial use is permitted subject to your compliance and applicable rights. The license is non-exclusive, so similar images may be generated for other users. It covers what you generate; you still need the rights to any photo you upload.
Do I have to write prompts in English?
English gives the most consistent results with most models, and one model handles multilingual prompts well. If your idea is short, write it in English and let Magic Prompt expand it. Keep style words short and literal, such as "watercolor" or "ink sketch".
How long does it take to generate AI art?
Most tasks finish within 1–5 minutes. During peak load, or with some models, it can take longer. Generating a few images first, then scaling up once you like the look, keeps spending in check.
Which photos can I turn into art, and how do I download results?
Image Editor accepts common image formats, typically JPG and PNG. Sharp, well-lit photos with a clear subject give the model the most to work with. Download the images you select or the whole run, or find everything later in My Generations. More than three images at once arrive as one ZIP file, and downloads keep the quality of the original generation.
Why doesn't my result match the style I asked for?
Name the style plainly, keep the prompt visual and concise, and avoid mixing very different styles in one prompt. If it still misses, try another model, since each one handles style differently. Where the model supports it, list what to avoid in a negative prompt, for example "photorealistic" when you want a drawing. Occasional artifacts are normal with generative AI, and a correct result isn't guaranteed every time. If some images in a run don't render, a Retry Failed option appears automatically.
Turn Your Next Idea Into Art
Name a style, write one prompt, and compare a batch of options in ZenCreator's AI art maker. You see the cost before you generate, and credits don't expire.
